- CBC
- TSH, thyroid tests
- Serum electrolytes
- BUN/Cr
- LFTs
- B12, Folate, Homocysteine
- HS CRP
- HIV
- Neuroimaging (one-time CT or MRI to detect or exclude hydrocephalus,
stroke, subdural hematoma, tumors, occult lesions)
