• h/o STD? GC/CT/Syphilis?
• Symptoms of Raynaud’s phenomenon?
• h/o photosensitive rash? Malar rash? Aphthous ulcers?
• h/o meningitis, epilepsy, stroke?
• Dry eyes/ dry mouth?
• h/o inflammatory eye disorders? Iritis/ uveitis/ scleritis/ episcleritis/ requiring corticosteroid eye drops or shots?
• Sx of bloody, crusting or purulent nasal discharge?
• Recurrent sinusitis?
• Dysphagia or acid reflux?
• Pleurisy or pericarditis?
• Gastric or duodenal ulcers?
• Hepatitis or blood transfusions?
• Nephritis or kidney stones?
• Thrombophlebitis/ PE/ miscarriages?
• h/o low WBC, hemolytic anemia, low platelet count?
• Numbness, tingling, burning or “falling asleep” affecting hands/feet?
• h/o swelling, redness, heat, pain affecting joints?
• h/o abnormal rheumatology tests?  ANA/RF/ESR?
